- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Always very friendly and helpful. Once I had a store charge my card three times for the same transaction and they did not hesitate to refund me. They don't charge to bank with them or to process anything unlike other banks either! - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I went in to dispute a charge on my account, and after a few minutes of the employee digging through transactions, I found out it was actually just a late post. The employee that helped me, Shaun, was extremely friendly and courteous when helping me through the steps. He even was polite when I realized it was my mistake, and informed me sometimes these things happen. Anyway this is a wonderful location, and I always feel so welcome when I walk into the office.By discostew115, January 27, 2017
