- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆BoA is good if you never need help or have any issues with your account. The moment something goes wonky, BoA will deactivate your card. Although the CS reps are polite, they're completely ineffectual and useless. What is the point of having CS reps if the end response is always 'go to your local branch'?! Oh, and the local branches have no idea what's going on either! Trying to explain to them that their "temporary debit card" is no actually a visa/credit type card and therefore not accepted everywhere is like trying to roll a boulder up hill. And I can count three occasions where my local branch said they sent in a request for new cards or checks and ALL three times they've forgotten to hit the send button. Are you kidding me!?!? The only reason I've been with them this long is simply because I rarely needed to adjust my account. Find another bank, preferably a local CU, which is what I'm doing.By Danielle Omo, August 13, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Long long long long waits in line and no drive through service. The waits are long enough to order out Pizza. Several people in building - sometimes just standing around talking to one another - but only 1 person working to help the customers waiting in line. Last two times I was there the line went out the front door inspite of the fact that there were at least three people who could have been helping customers - yet only 1 was. I've talked to the local manager and a district manager twice about this. All I get are platitudes and excuses. I'm moving all my business to Austin Telco or Wells Fargo.By Ray Hassen, April 21, 2017
