  Amy gives me awesome support each and every time I need her. Her staff is professional and friendly. I moved to San Antonio 11 years ago but I still have Amy as my agent, wouldn't switch!!

  I do not usually take the time to review products or services that I receive; however, I am making an exception this time. I was looking up the number to my Allstate agent to give to another one of my friends and noticed the review by this person. I could not let this be the only review on this site, so here is what I have to say. I have had insurance for more than 30 years and Amy Maddox is by far the best there is…period! She has always taken the time to receive my calls and answer my questions beyond my expectations. I have had many agents through the years and one thing that I have noticed is that after the sale, you can rarely count on actually talking to your agent. You typically speak to a customer service rep within the agent’s office. This is not true with Amy Maddox’s office. I have never felt pressured to speak to a rep instead of Amy. She works hard at making sure that I am happy and goes above and beyond what any other agent I know would do. My wife was involved in a minor accident some time ago and Amy checked in several times to make sure that she was ok and then took the time to help coordinate all the repairs and even took time to speak to the at fault parties claims adjuster when we felt we were not being helped appropriately. I do not care how much money I could or could not save by switching to another company…you cannot put a price on a good quality agent and with Amy that is what we have. I have recommended her to more than 20 of my family and friends and they all say the same thing about her. She is the absolute BEST!
