There has been several times we wanted to leave Allstate, but Catherine came to "BAT" ( fighting the corporate machine on a personal level ) and saved the day. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We switched our home, auto, and rental policies to Allstate and Catherine's Agency about a year and a half ago. The transition went smoothly and the prices were fair and lower than we were paying before. What I have found since we have switched is that we have gotten an agency that treat their clients right, promptly returns phone calls, takes the time to answer questions and make suggestions that improve your business relationship with them. Lately we had to file a claim and that is where Catherine really shined. She was our advocate in working with the claims teams and even personally came with the adjuster to assure everything went smoothly. You may be able to save a few dollars some where else but if you have a problems or hassles in getting claims approved or unable to reach you agent when something goes wrong you have to really think hard about is it worth it.
